A Sauvignon Blanc that does not do justice to the "Local wine" status. First, a scent of slightly mineral gooseberries and lemon balm rises. In the background, an exotic fruit game squeezes that dissolves with a fine herbal seasoning. Approximately juicy and delicate on the palate. Fine wonderfully integrated acid and animating texture. Elegant use of wood, which can only be appealed, but still gives that certain something.
