A Sauvignon Blanc in Rockstar Pose. Initially melodic hints of tropical fruits such as Litschi and Mango. Typical aromas of gooseberries, currants and elderflower are increasingly emerging with more air. Plays around from a wafer -like herbal wort to lemon balm and subtle mint leaves. 

Incredibly delicate precision on the palate. Despite the strong mouthfeel, finesse comes before opulence. A very filigree acid supports this strong body and shows the sensitive side of this wine. Light creaminess with subtle vanilla deaths round off very elegant overall. Multi-layered flavors and structural tabulature. Not a shallow pop, but honest, sensitive rock music in the glass that lasts extremely long. A wine with many years of potential.
