Vine on coral limestone at 400m above sea level. Harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented. Removed for almost 36 months on the full yeast in the wooden barrel. The signs are on terroir. 

Crystal -clear fragrant fruit aromatic after fresh gooseberry, elderberry and lemon balm. In the background, the typical Sauvignon Blanc spicy dances with harmonious smokiness and subtle wooden tones. Over time, the hints of dried, tropical fruits are joined. A complex, multi -layered aroma. Vibrating fresh and juicy on the palate. Lively, elegant acidity, moderate alcohol. Elegance in top form.
