This red wine embodies the most original form of the Chianti. In addition to Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo and 10% white grapes from Trebbiano are also vinified. Spontaneous gires and expanded in concrete. A historical Chianti Cuvée. 

Wiry red fruity aromas of red currants, forest berries and red cherries climb into the nose. The fruit aromas are supplemented by present herbal and spice aromas such as rosemary, thyme and somewhat juniper. The herb bouquet is strongly reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs. 

At first a bit rustic on the palate, after which there is a harmonious elegance. The traditional roots of this wine style show medium -sized, grippy tannin with tighter, vitalizing acid structure. Slightly but refined in the body. Harmonious and structured in the finish.
